NOTICE: Unfortunately, our registration provider is unable to accept credit card payments at this time. It is unclear if and when this payment option will be restored. To ensure your payment for Spring registration is received by March 23rd, please mail your payment to our P.O. Box 45269 Westlake, OH 44145. Make checks payable to Westlake Soccer Association. Do not mail cash.
Registration for the Rec Program Summer Skills 2009 camp will be open in May 09 subject to participation interest.

Payment in full must be received by March 23rd to ensure your registration. Refunds will be granted before the first game. There is a $20 charge for refunds for any reason. To request a refund please email: rec@westlakesoccer.org.
